The residence
Nine centuries of stone and light
La Chanoinerie is one of the last canonical residences belonging to the chapter of the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame de Beaune. Its walls carry nine centuries of history — that of the canons of Beaune, who were among Burgundy's greatest vineyard owners. Now fully restored, it opens for the first time to private guests.
